Step 04: If you decided to buy two different kinds of chocolate (as we do–I don’t particularly like white, but everyone else does), then drizzle opposite colors over your crackers. Use a toothpick to knock the excess chocolate off.

Dip your cracker sandwich in the chocolate and roll it until it is completely covered. Step 02: Melt your chocolate according to the instructions on the package. Continue this process until your baking sheet is filled with cracker sandwiches. Next, take two crackers and spread peanut butter between them. I like the aluminum foil because it wraps so nicely around the baking sheet. Cover it with whatever you want–aluminum foil, wax paper, parchment paper, etc. Step 01: You’re not going to bake anything, but you will still need a baking sheet. Feel free to use whatever you like, but i much prefer the almond bark! It’s also easier to dip and doesn’t burn as easily as chocolate does (particularly white–I hate melted real white chocolate). There is a reason! Almond bark will completely set at room temperature and won’t melt in your hands the way chocolate does. We generally prefer to use Almond Bark instead of chocolate for these. He says he hates it, but he gets to eat every cookie he breaks so it’s not that bad.

Even if I don’t have time for any other cookie, I generally try to make these. I’ve been making these for Zach’s parents since he and I started dating and they love them.
